Cold Mastery lowers the enemy's cold resistance rather than raising your damage, so no skill description changes because of it. It also cannot break an immunity: a monster at 100 resistance stays immune after the reduction. Skills affected in this class: Ice Bolt, Frost Nova, Ice Blast, Shiver Armor, Glacial Spike, Blizzard, Chilling Armor, Frozen Orb.
