Each Defiler carries its own link aura — it is not one net over the whole screen. Radius 8.3 yards, 20 seconds, and its level follows Summon Defiler.
One Defiler links at most 5 monsters: 2 at level 1, 4 at level 5, 5 from level 15 on. More than that means more Defilers — Demonic Mastery allows 2 from level 5 and 3 from level 10, each with its own cap and radius.
The shared share follows a diminishing curve: 26% at level 1, 40% at 5, 47% at 10, 53% at 20.
It settles at the moment a linked monster is hit, not as damage over time.
The link stays on a monster for 20 seconds after it leaves the radius, unlike most auras that drop the instant a target walks out.
